The Sales Department represents the wheel upon which the cycle of economy turns; therefore, you will act like a real account manager focused on turning requests into in-house reservations & events.
The daily activity relies on communication, relationships, and networking, understanding the needs of the guests and fulfilling their wishes. Sometimes customers do have special requests on Saturdays as well.

Services existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales channels.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive changes. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
